Policy regarding shipment of products from Tapple Tree

We currently deliver to all major locations in India. International destinations are not included in our shipping coverage.

Orders are typically fulfilled in 2-3 business days following placement. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or other public holidays will be processed the following business day.

The shipping options we provide are as follows:
Normal shipping: Arrival in 7-9 business days once processing is complete.
Fast shipping: Arrives in 3-5 business days after processing. Extra fees are charged for expedited shipping and can be chosen at the time of payment.

The cost of shipping is determined by the combined weight of your order and the chosen shipping option. The cost of shipping will be shown before you finalize your order at the checkout.

After your order is sent out, you will get an email confirming shipment with a tracking number. You have the option to monitor your order by clicking the given link or inputting the tracking number on our website.

Our delivery partners will make an effort to deliver the package to the address given. If there is no one to accept the package, they will try delivering it again. If there are several failed delivery attempts, the package will be sent back to us, and you might have to pay extra for another delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and thorough. Please get in touch with us promptly if you require a change in your shipping address post-order placement. It is not assured that the address can be modified after the order has been processed for shipping.

Returns/Exchanges & Refunds

At Tapple Tree, our goal is for you to be fully content with your purchase. You have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund or exchange, including shipping and handling fees, if you are not happy for any reason.

Eligibility for returns: Returned items need to be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items are required to be in the original packaging as well.

Evidence of Purchase: In order to qualify for a refund, you need to show a legitimate proof of purchase, like the order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

Customized or Clearance Items: Products that are customized or on clearance cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will allocate a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide guidance on how to send back the product.


Pack and Ship: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box with all accessories and manuals included. Make sure to visibly label the RA number on the exterior of the package. We will organize the return pickup and give you information on the date and time of the scheduled pickup.

Kindly deliver the securely packaged item to the assigned pickup individual within the specified pickup time frame.

Examination: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the criteria for return eligibility.
If your return is accepted, we will either refund your payment or offer an exchange based on your choice.


Timing of refund: Kindly wait for up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The time it takes to process a refund can differ based on the payment method and financial institution used.
