What makes Tapple Tree different from other furniture brands?
Every piece is made to order in our own workshop, mostly in solid wood. You buy directly from the people who make it, with no showroom mark-up, and the price you see includes GST and delivery within India. Every piece carries a 2-year manufacturing warranty.
What kind of furniture do you make?
Beds, dining tables and sets, sofas and sofa cum beds, armchairs and accent chairs, coffee, side and console tables, wardrobes, chests of drawers, sideboards, TV units, bookcases, study tables and bar furniture, for every room of your home.
Can I customise furniture to fit my space or style?
Yes, most pieces can be made in a different size or finish. Send your room measurements and ideas on WhatsApp, and we'll confirm what's possible, the price and the timeline in writing before you order.
What materials do you use?
Mostly solid teak, sheesham, mango and acacia wood. Some pieces combine wood with cane, stone, marble, glass, metal or upholstery, and a few use plywood or engineered board. Each product page lists the exact materials, and you can choose from 17 wood finishes.
How do you make sure the quality is right?
Our own team cuts, shapes, sands and finishes every piece in our own workshop, and we check each one before it's packed. Natural wood varies, so grain and tone differ slightly from piece to piece. Every piece is covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver across India, and standard delivery is included in the price for serviceable PIN codes. Check yours on the product page. Extras such as carrying upstairs without a lift, crane lifting or assembly are agreed and priced with you in advance.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order pieces take about 30 days to make, plus transit, so most orders arrive in 40–60 days depending on your PIN code. Pieces marked ready stock arrive in 8–9 working days.
What is your return or exchange policy?
As every piece is made to order, orders can't be cancelled once placed and we don't offer change-of-mind returns. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 10 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll replace it with the same item. Read the full policy.
Do you offer EMI or other payment options?
Yes. You pay securely online through Razorpay, and EMI options for eligible cards and banks appear at checkout, with the tenure and any interest shown before you pay. UPI, cards and net banking are accepted too.
