Prices and charges
Prices on tappletree.com are in INR unless clearly stated otherwise. Domestic product prices include applicable taxes and standard delivery to serviceable addresses within India. Any exceptional delivery service or international shipping cost must be disclosed and agreed separately before payment.
Full advance payment and Razorpay
Full advance payment is required for standard orders. Online payments are processed through Razorpay where offered at checkout. Use only the payment methods actually available for your order; the available methods can depend on your location and the payment provider.
Conditional cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only where the logistics partner supports it and Tapple Tree expressly confirms eligibility for the particular order and PIN code. If it is not offered or confirmed, full advance payment applies. Any applicable COD condition or charge must be disclosed before you place the order.
For a custom, bulk or international order, follow the payment terms in the agreed written quotation. Verify any separate payment instructions through hello@tappletree.com or WhatsApp +91 88240 93931. We do not ask for your card PIN, one-time password or account password.
Order processing
Production scheduling depends on order confirmation, the agreed payment and final specifications. If a payment fails or shows as pending, check with your payment provider and contact us before making another payment. A bank debit without order confirmation should be reported with the transaction reference; do not send full card or bank credentials.
Offers and invoices
Offer eligibility, expiry and combination rules are those shown with the offer or at checkout. Provide correct billing details and any business invoice information before the invoice is issued. We will explain how to request any permissible correction.
Refunds and payment-provider charges
Approved refunds are handled under our Return and refund policy, normally to the original payment method. Your provider may take additional time to post a refund. For overseas payments, ask your bank about any exchange-rate or cross-border charges before paying; any charges collected by Tapple Tree will be disclosed in the quote or checkout.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Product-specific promises and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
