Cancellation and order changes
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Our furniture is made for your order. Please check dimensions, finish, quantity and delivery access before confirming it.
No voluntary cancellation after ordering
Once an order is placed, it cannot be voluntarily cancelled. Check the size, finish, quantity, delivery address and access route before making payment. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or a general exchange option.
If there is a damaged, manufacturing-defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed item, request a same-SKU replacement within 10 calendar days of delivery under our Return and refund policy. Keep the original carton and protective packaging for safe collection. A missing carton does not automatically remove a statutory remedy; contact us about safe repacking.
This cancellation restriction does not apply where cancellation or refund is required by law. It does not reduce the two-year manufacturing warranty, hidden-defect claims or remedies for non-delivery and qualifying delivery delays.
For an error in the order details, contact hello@tappletree.com or WhatsApp +91 88240 93931 immediately. Changes require our written acceptance and cannot be guaranteed. Any change in price or schedule must be agreed before it takes effect.
Changes to custom orders
Dimensions, finish, materials and design must be confirmed in writing before production. A later request may require a new quote or production schedule. We will not make or charge for an unagreed change.
When Tapple Tree cancels
If we cannot fulfil an order and cannot agree an alternative with you, we cancel and refund the unfulfilled order. You do not have to accept store credit. Delivery failures, defects and other statutory cancellation or refund rights are handled under the Return and refund policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the relevant approval and any agreed collection or inspection.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Product-specific promises and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
