These Terms of Service and Terms & Conditions apply to your use of tappletree.com and purchases from Tapple Tree (“we”, “us”, “our”). Read them together with the Return and refund policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and any product or written order specifications agreed before purchase.

Using the website
You must be legally able to enter a binding purchase contract. If you order for someone else or a business, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account, delivery and payment information, protect your account access, and tell us about unauthorised use.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or infringing material, attempt payment fraud, or access information that you are not authorised to access.
Products and specifications
Read the product description, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and included items before ordering. Finish names such as teak or walnut describe a finish unless the product explicitly states that wood species. For a customised piece, production follows the written specification we confirm with you. Changes after confirmation may affect feasibility, price and delivery and require agreement.
Natural materials and hand finishing can create minor differences in grain, veining and tone. Product images may include styling, digital enhancement or AI-generated settings. Props and accessories are excluded unless listed as included. Images do not override the agreed specification, and these disclosures do not excuse material misdescription or defects.
Prices, payment and order confirmation
Website prices are in Indian rupees unless another currency is expressly displayed. Prices for domestic orders include applicable taxes and standard delivery within India to serviceable addresses. Any agreed additional service or international shipping charge will be separately disclosed before payment.
Full advance payment is required for standard orders. Online payments are processed through Razorpay where offered at checkout, using the methods available for your order. Cash on delivery is available only if the logistics partner supports it and we expressly confirm eligibility for that order and PIN code; otherwise it is unavailable. Discounts apply according to the offer displayed when the order is placed. See our Payment policy.
An automated order acknowledgement records receipt of your order. We will confirm material specifications, payment requirements and serviceability where needed. If there is a genuine availability or pricing error, we will explain it and give you a choice before proceeding with a changed order, or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement.
Production and delivery
Furniture is made to order, with a standard estimated delivery period of 45 days from order confirmation and receipt of the required payment and final specifications, unless a different timeline is agreed. Confirm your PIN-code coverage and access arrangements. Ready-stock products expressly identified as such have an estimated delivery time of 8–9 working days. International delivery is quoted separately. The Shipping policy explains tracking, access, delays and delivery issues.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
The Return and refund policy governs requests. In brief, orders cannot be voluntarily cancelled after placement, and change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Initial replacement claims should be raised within 10 calendar days of delivery; our standard resolution for a qualifying issue is replacement of the same SKU. Retain the original carton and protective packaging for safe collection, and contact us about safe repacking if it is unavailable. Damaged, defective, wrongly supplied or materially misdescribed goods remain eligible for appropriate remedies and applicable legal protections.
Two-year manufacturing warranty
Our furniture carries a two-year manufacturing warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects, subject to the coverage and exclusions in our Warranty and care policy. The initial 10-day replacement claim window does not shorten that coverage or any statutory rights.
Website content and third-party services
Website text, branding, photographs and designs are owned by Tapple Tree or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may use the website for personal shopping; reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party links, payment services and social platforms are subject to their own terms. Shopify hosts the store; see the Privacy policy for how Shopify and other service providers process personal information.
Reviews and other submissions
Only submit content you are entitled to share. If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with the product or store and make reasonable formatting edits without changing its meaning. Do not post private information, misleading claims or unlawful content. Contact us if you believe any content infringes your rights.
Responsibility and circumstances outside our control
We take reasonable care with the website and orders but cannot promise uninterrupted website availability. Events outside reasonable control may affect delivery; we will communicate and work with you on a resolution. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses our own supply errors, or deprives you of a remedy for defective goods, deficient service or an unfulfilled order.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws and statutory jurisdiction, the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. This clause does not restrict a consumer’s right to approach another legally competent consumer commission, court or authority under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and seek resolution within one month. Changes and interpretation
We may update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights on an existing order. Mandatory law takes priority, followed by your specifically agreed order terms and the relevant topic-specific policy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Product-specific promises and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
